The festival lineup includes Nadeem Aslam, Margaret Atwood, Joseph Boyden, Anne Carson, Tomson Highway, Wayne Johnston, Rachel Kushner, Anne Michaels, Lisa Moore, Paul Muldoon, George Packer, Marisha Pessl, Eric Schlosser and Will Self. The Festival takes place on Granville Island and other venues.

Bookfest Windsor
BookFest Windsor
Literary Festival | November 2, Windsor, ON
It's the end of the world (and we love it). Nobody does dystopia better than Margaret Atwood, and she's bringing MaddAddam, the third installment of her Oryx and Crake trilogy, to BookFest Windsor. Find out more about this amazing story of life after "the big one." While you’re here, meet Inspector Murdoch's creator, Maureen Jennings, and check out lots of gritty "Fiction in the City."

Galiano Literary Festival
Galiano Literary Festival
Literary Festival | February 21-23, Galiano Island, BC
The Galiano Literary Festival was designed with readers in mind. We strive to create an intimate and interactive environment for participants, where they can chat with their favourite writers over coffee and muffins in the morning, get their books signed after a reading, or sit next to them at our Authors' Dinner and talk. Authors go to each others' events, and it's really one big happy family in an amazing environment all weekend long.
