Calling all poets, writers and other wordsmiths—we are now accepting submissions for the Geist Erasure Poetry Contest!

The rules are simple: create a poem from a hand-picked excerpt of Wacousta, one of the first ever Canadian novels, by erasing words and sentences until your own poetic genius emerges.

Deadline: September 1, 2017. All winning entries get cash prizes and publication in Geist, so flip your pencils around and get erasing! Good things come to those who omit.
